Great spot for drinks and dinner. We came to this place with a group of 7 people (4children) and they did and outstanding job at accommodating us. Truffle fries are so goooood! Their signature burger is delicious! Best burger in-town for sure. Lobster roll was also yummy. Kids got sliders. Great selection of beer and cocktails.

We spent the day on Coronado Island and stopped in for a a bite and were not disappointed. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our server, Antonio, was excellent!!! We had the burger with bacon jam and WOW! Delicious!!! They're doing a great job shifting to all outdoor dining and the service and experience have not been compromised one bit. The host even moved the umbrella around to ensure we had maximum shade! Give them a try!

Leroy's is the best place for brunch in Coronado hands-down! They were able to squeeze us in last minute for Sunday brunch. My husband and I were in a hurry and thankfully our server was very prompt. She was extremely attentive and courteous. I ordered Deviled Eggs and Citrus French toast (I know it's a weird combo) but you could taste the love in the cooking!

You might have to wait for seating, even though there are lots available inside. I've been here twice and for both times, I got the Leroy burger. The first time I had it, I wasn't hungry so I thought I couldn't finish it. The second time I went, I was so hungry and I was yet again having a hard time finishing my burger because it is simply massive... In a good way! Husband got the brunch option and he thought it was OK. I think his meals was more of "fancy dining", than comfort food type of dish. Both times we went, we were treated with great customer service, though the last visit was a bit confusing for us. We got there around 2pm, so the brunch craze has pretty much died down I'm assuming. There were only the two of us and we had to wait over 15 minutes to get seated. What was weird was there was a couple who came in right before us and they were seated right away at the end of this long table. They were the only ones in that long table that could easily fit 6 or 8. Over 15 minutes later, we were finally seated, on the other table that was also capable of sitting 6 or 8. We were the only ones on that long table, until they eventually started seating other couples near us. The other couple who was seated 15 minutes earlier had that long table to themselves. They weren't reserved because when they were done their meal, they left. I don't understand why they just didn't sit us on the other end of that table, rather than make us wait so long. Also, when we got in, there were tons... TONS of empty 4 seating tables inside. It's like they strategically packed the ones closer to the patio / window because they eventually started seating other couples on the long table they sat us on, making the whole place look busy from the outside, but there were in fact a lot of empty seats inside. That was a bit frustrating on my end at the time. Aside from that situation, I would only go back here again if we had a new San Diego Passport page to use.

I found some good biscuits and gravy!!! To begin, I love the setup/atmosphere of this spot. What's better than people watching on Orange Ave. on a crisp and sunny Coronado morning? The decor is really earthy, modern, and quaint all in one. When I try a new breakfast/brunch place, my measurement of "good" is always biscuits and gravy because how you make your biscuits and how you season your gravy say a lot about a restaurant. So that's what I ordered, and I'm glad I did. I knew it had to be good just by the looks of the gravy - darker in color, indicating it really soaked in all the meaty flavor. The biscuits were a perfect combo of flaky and fluffy, buttery and light. They held up extremely well to the mounds of sausage gravy, soaking up just enough without being soggy. What really hit it home for me was the gravy. It was mildly thick (which I love), with delicious chunks of pork sausage, and savory. Of course, the fried egg on top was a welcomed addition. My group also ordered the beef sugo hash, which had tons of flavor from the calabrian chili and crispy potatoes, and the monkey bread, topped with walnuts and decadent bourbon caramel sauce (YUM). My only complaint is that the service was a little slow and seemed kind of scattered. But the food was excellent, so I recommend going!
